This fuction toggles TX VFO for radios with sepparate sub-receivers (SO2V).

The ` (back apostrophe, back quote) key toggles TX on Main/Sub VFO. Dual watch must be turned on manually on radio.

Tested only on IC-7610, probably will work also on other models.
